Leaving Guangzhou
Advised to not leaving Guangzhou in unnecessary situation. If necessary to leave Guangzhou, a negative PCR test result made within 48 hours needed.
Entering Guangzhou
From the outside of Guangdong
PCR test for twice in 3 days and 11-day self-monitoring needed.
The interval of tests should be more than 24 hours.
In the first 3 days, no public transportation, gathering or dine outside together. Move between the residential and working place only.From/via the municipality where any local COVID-19 positive/diagnosed case reported in 14 days
(Includes the district of a league, prefecture or direct-administrated municipality.)
3-day self-monitoring at home and 11-day self-monitoring needed.
PCR test needed on the 1st, 3rd and 14th day.
In the first 3 days, no walk out until any necessary, no back to work or school.From/via the county where high-risk area is located in, medium-risk area or the township, town or sub-district where medium-risk area is located in

For those living in Guangzhou:
7-day home quarantine and 7-day self-monitoring needed.

For those not living but staying in Guangzhou:
will be transfer to a designed hotel under the supervision by the transportation or other departments.
Also need to pay for the hotel room.
When leaving Guangzhou, will be transfer to the transportation point by the departments.
If you have any travel itinerary in the area listed above, report to community, working place, hotel in 12 hours since arriving at Guangzhou. Follow the health control measures. Advised to no out-going until the result of the PCR test in Guangzhou out. Avoid unnecessary gathering.
Measures at the transportation point
Airport
- Entering the airport:
Health Code, face mask and body temperature check needed. - Arriving at the airport by air:
Health Code, Travel Itinerary Records, face mask and body temperature check needed.- For passengers from/via the municipality where high and medium-risk area is located in: a free PCR test needed to be accepted.
- For passengers from/via the province where any local COVID-19 positive/diagnosed case reported: advised to have a negetive PCR test result made within 48 hours, do a PCR test at the airport or nearby as soon as possible. 14-day self-monitoring needed.
- From the municipality where high and medium-risk area is located in:
a negative PCR test result made within 48 hours needed before boarding, except the babies under 3 years old.
Do a PCR test at the airport or nearby in 24 hours since arriving in Guangzhou, report to the community where you stay in, follow the health control measures.
PCR test result valid for 48 hours since the time shown on the test report. If the sampling time and inspection time shown together on the report, the sampling time shall prevail. For the report without actual time but date, the valid period count since the 00:00 of the date. If the PCR test valid period ends after the flight schedule time for departure, the test result shall be remained valid.
China Railway station
- Entering the railway station:
Health Code, face mask and body temperature check needed. - Arriving at Guangzhou, Guangzhou East (Guangzhoudong), Guangzhou North (Guangzhoubei), Guangzhou South (Guangzhounan), Qingsheng and Xintang Railway Station by railway:
Health Code, Travel Itinerary Record, face mask and body temperature check needed.- For passengers from/via the province where any local COVID-19 positive/diagnosed case reported: advised to have a negetive PCR test result made within 48 hours, do a PCR test at the airport or nearby as soon as possible. 14-day self-monitoring needed.
